Baptist Health South Florida Recognized for Workplace and Ethical Excellence

Baptist Health South Florida has received two prestigious awards that reflect the high standards of its workplace culture.

Baptist Health South Florida has been named one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to the latest issue of Fortune Magazine and global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work®. Receiving a ranking of 25th overall, Baptist Health has been named 16 times to the list, which recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures.

Baptist Health is the highest ranking non-profit organization on the list, as well as the top healthcare provider. Once again, Baptist Health topped the list of employers with the most diversified staff in terms of minorities. Baptist Health was also named to Fortune’s list of “10 Best Companies for Women,” coming in at number 10.
