#BaptistHealthy Recipe: Low-fat Ranch Dressing

One of the secrets to adding variety to meals is using different dressings. We’ve swapped unhealthy fats for better ones in this Low-fat Ranch Dressing and reduced calories in the process. With just as much flavor, it’s sure to satisfy the pickiest eaters.
Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour over food or refrigerate to chill.
Nutritional information (per 2 teaspoons): Calories 19, Carbohydrate 3g, Fat 0g, Sodium 9mg, Sugar 1g, Protein 2g.
