Mr. Hudson was chairman of TECO Energy’s board until July 2016 when the company was acquired by Emera, Inc. He was executive chairman from August of 2010 until December 2012, after having served as chairman and CEO since July 2004. Mr. Hudson retired from Deloitte & Touche, LLP in August 2002, after 37 years of service. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He currently serves on the boards of Lennar Corporation, United Insurance Holdings Corporation and CBIZ, Inc. In April 2015, he retired from the Publix Super Markets board after 12 years of service. He serves as chairman of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) Florida Chapter.

Known for his community service, he has chaired many of Miami’s not-for-profit organizations, including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Florida International University Foundation and the Orange Bowl Committee.

Ron Shuffield is president of EWM Realty International, a real estate brokerage firm. He sits on the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce board of directors, is a founding board member of the Beacon Council and past chairman of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and Coral Gables Community Foundation. He holds a board appointment with the Florida International University Foundation, and since 1976 has been a member of University Baptist Church of Coral Gables, where he is a past chairman of deacons. A recipient of the Robert B. Knight Outstanding Citizen Award, Mr. Shuffield was inducted into the South Florida Business Hall of Fame in 20013 by the Florida Council on Economic Education.

Mr. Shuffield serves as vice chair of the boards of Baptist Health Enterprises and Baptist Health Outpatient Services, secretary of the Doctors Hospital Board of Directors and a member of the Baptist Health Board of Trustees. He sits on Baptist Health’s Long-range Planning and Facilities committees, as well as the executive committees for Baptist Health Enterprises, Baptist Outpatient Services and Doctors Hospital.

Sandra Torcise Fuller is the President of the Victor and Sandra Fuller Family Foundation a/k/a The Fuller Family Foundation (FFF), a Florida non-profit. In November 2005, Sandra and her late husband, Victor, established their foundation as a generational way to teach their two young daughters the importance of giving back to their community and making a difference in the lives of others. Their primary focus has been veteran affairs; cancer education and research; hearing, speech and language therapy for disabled individuals; rescue and re-homing of abused horses; and support for free speech and communication. Sandra and the FFF are especially proud of their support in the building of the National Medal of Honor Museum in Charleston, South Carolina, the Miami Cancer Institute in Miami, Florida and, the first of its kind, FES Hand Glove 200 developed at the Tampa VA for hand rehabilitation of active military personnel injured by IED’s.

In addition to being involved in philanthropy, Sandra Fuller is a retired attorney and the president of a family real estate holding company. During her legal career, she practiced corporate and securities law and commercial litigation including securities fraud. Sandra received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and a Juris Doctor from Mercer University.
