In partnership with Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, the Baptist Health Interventional Radiology – Independent Residency provides a unique opportunity for trainees to develop into true clinical interventionalists.

Based at Baptist Health’s flagship hospital, Baptist Hospital of Miami, residents receive hands-on experience managing a broad spectrum of complex cases within a clinical and academic setting. The training equips residents with the skills to meet the needs of patients in South Florida’s diverse community and beyond, ensuring they uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Our mission is to train residents to be leaders in the field of vascular and interventional radiology.
