Through Patient Connect, you can see and review:
- Medical Visits and Treatment
- Summaries of Inpatient Stays
- Lab and Radiology Reports
- Medication List after discharge
There are separate Patient Connect logins depending on the location of treatment.
Boca Raton Regional Hospital (General)
Boca Raton Regional Hospital is pleased to introduce its new Patient Connect Portal. Beginning Tuesday, August 20th, ALL patients need to re-register as a FIRST TIME USER in order to access their records.

Patient Connect also allows for a patient to designate a caregiver, such as a husband, wife or parent, to have access to your medical information. Given the growing percentage of individuals who are considered caregivers for another person, we urge you to take advantage of this option if it is beneficial to your particular circumstances.
