Recognition for Outstanding Service Excellence at Miami Cancer Institute

We invite you to help us acknowledge the exceptional service, kindness, and empathy displayed by employees at Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute. If you have encountered an employee who has gone above and beyond in their assistance, we encourage you to nominate them for the ROSE Award, which stands for Recognition for Outstanding Service Excellence.

The ROSE Award is a way to celebrate the efforts of non-clinical staff who have shown exceptional compassion in supporting patients and their loved ones. We strive to provide the best care possible to those undergoing cancer treatment and recognize that our employees play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

To nominate an employee, you can fill out the online form and describe a specific situation or share a story that highlights their exceptional service. We welcome nominations from patients, their loved ones, volunteers, medical personnel, and support staff.

Please take the time to recognize an outstanding employee who has:

  • Made a significant connection with patients or their loved ones.
  • Worked collaboratively with the clinical team to meet the needs of patients and their loved ones.
  • Displayed extraordinary compassion in providing comfort, care, and assistance.
  • Exceeded expectations in delivering service.
  • Willingly gone above and beyond to make a difference.

If your nominee is selected as the quarterly winner, we may share your nomination, so please tell us about yourself as well. Thank you for taking the time to recognize and appreciate the exceptional service provided by our employees.
